Has standard ITSM knowledge such as ITIL
Data Center Optimization
Having knowledge MySQL database
Having Knowledge of Linux operating system
Understand the basics of computer networking
Checking and repairing problematic computer networks
Perform periodic updates both the operating system and application system used by the user
Restore data from a backup system if a problem occurs
Ensure support systems such as printers, scanners run as desired
Install and configure anti-virus
Able to communicate well
