IT Helpdesk

REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor of Information Technology/Information System

  • Having experience as Helpdesk/SME

  • Experience in coordination with internal IT teams and application vendors

  • Has the initiative to solve problems and coordinate with another team

  • Technical Skill standard in application management (Application Service, DB, OS, Web Server, Web Service, Restart Server, etc.)

  • Having good communication skills

  • Available position: 5 slots

  • Project-Based: Jakarta – Indonesia

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • To monitoring the incidents/requests

  • To carry out handling/investigation/escalation of incidents and incoming requests

  • To handling add / edit / delete user-id

  • To provide PC / Laptop / Printer troubleshoot guides

  • To enter a ticket into the service application for reporting from the branch office helpdesk
